摘 要:为了有效检测弹簧机构高压断路器的运行状态,文中从高压断路器分合闸线圈的典型电流波形出发,提出了一种基于样条插值和多尺度线性拟合的电流信号特征提取方法。该方法将电流波形极值点对应的时间和电流大小作为特征,首先使用三次样条插值对电流波形进行平滑,然后将信号按设定的较大长度分为若干段,对每一段进行最小二乘拟合,根据每一段信号的趋势,定位极值点的大致位置,在极值点的大致区间内,缩小尺度进行拟合,重复这个过程至极值点所在区间足够小,在此区间寻找极大值点或极小值点,作为信号的特征点。最后应用文中所提方法对某变电站高压断路器的运行状态进行检测。结果表明:文中所提方法能快速、准确提取实际断路器分合闸线圈电流特征,实现断路器的状态有效检测。In order to effectively detect the operation condition of high spring mechanism, the typical current waveform of opening/closing voltage circuit breaker based on coil is analyzed based on a characteristic extraction method of spline interpolation and multi-scale linear fitting. The method set the time and amplitude matched with the extreme point as the characteristic. The current waveform is firstly smoothed by the cubic splice interpolation, smoothed by the cubic splice interpolation. The signal is divided into several sections by a large scale. Each section is fitted by least square method, and the extreme points can be limited into typical intervals according to the trends of each section. Then the scale is reduced and the procedure would be repeated until the interval is small enough to determine the extreme points as the characteristic points. Finally, the method is applied to detect the mechanical condition of the real circuit breaker in a typical substation. The results have shown that the proposed method can extract the characteristics of opening/closing coil current rapidly and correctly, which can effectively detect the condition of circuit breaker.
