摘　　要：缓冲装置是断路器操动机构的重要组成部分,其缓冲效果是否良好对断路器的机械寿命和可靠性有着十分重要的影响。通过两起缓冲装置典型缺陷处理,找出缓冲装置制造工艺不良及维护不当是影响缓冲效果的主要原因,总结出断路器缓冲装置在加工及维护过程中的相关注意事项。Buffer device is an important part of circuit breaker operating mechanism, and its performance significantly affects the mechanical life and reliability of the circuit breaker. In this study, the processes of dealing with two typical defects of buffer device are analyzed. It is concluded that the main factors influencing the buffering effect are inappropriate manufacturing procedure and maintenance. As a result, some precautions for the manufacturing and maintenance processes of the circuit breaker buffer device are suggested.
