摘　　要：交易数据是一种新型的数字资源。与其他类型数字资源一样,交易数据的长期保存也包括交易数据收割、保存和使用三个环节,每个环节都存在一些困扰。文章根据交易数据的特点,对交易数据长期保存各个环节中存在的困扰进行深入剖析,旨在发现问题,以期业界进一步研究探讨解决方案,并应用到未来的保存实践当中。Transactional data is a new type of digital resources. Just as other types of digital resource, transactional data long-term preservation also includes three sections： harvesting, preserving and using, each of which exists some confusions. Based on the characteristics of transactional data, this paper deeply analyzes the confusions existing in each section of transactional data long-term preservation. Its aim is to find out the problems of transactional data long-term preservation, and hope that the proper solutions will be researched out and then be used in the practice in the future.
