摘　　要：为了揭示我国高校图书馆借阅制度的透明度,促进各高校图书馆网站的借阅制度透明化与量化评估工作的进展,文章针对我国112所纳入"211"工程的高校图书馆网站进行了调查研究,依据自建的评价体系从借书制度、阅览制度、馆际互借与文献传递制度、校外读者借阅制度4个方面,对这112所高校图书馆网站借阅制度的透明度进行了较为系统的评价与比较,发现了其中的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。In order to reveal the transparency of the library borrowing system and promote me progress oi me transparency and quantitative evaluation of the university library website, this research has carried on the investigation to the university library website of ＂211＂ program. According to the self-built evaluation system, the transparency of the loan system of the 112 university library websites was systematically evaluated from four aspects： the borrowing system, the reading system, the interlibrary loan and the document delivery system, and the off-campus reader＇s borrowing system. Comparison, found the problem, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
