摘  要:为实现外激波摆杆活齿减速器高传动比、重载的稳定传动,采用三阶导数连续、无刚性柔性冲击的摆线作为外激波凸轮的齿形曲线。建立复直角坐标系,采用复数矢量法设计基激波凸轮齿形,基于转速变换原理和包络理论,推导了中心轮理论及实际齿形方程。分析齿形曲率半径,制定中心轮避免齿形等距干涉的设计条件。分析了传动压力角的变化规律。In order to realize the outer generator swinging rod teeth drive steadily transmit with high trans- mission ratio and heavy load, the cycloid curve with a continuous derivative curve till third order and the character of no rigid or no flexible impact is adopted as the tooth profile of outer generator cam. The plural - rectan- gular coordinate system is established, the outer generator cam teeth profile is designed with the method of plural vector, then the theory and the actual teeth profile equations of center gear are derived based on speed conversion principle and envelop theory. Through analyzing the curvature radius of center gear, the design conditions of avoiding interference of teeth profile is determined. The change law of transmission pressure angle is analyzed.
