摘  要:针对目前圆锥齿轮精密测量装置缺乏,测量过程繁琐等问题,研发了一种新的基于激光位移传感器的锥齿轮综合测量装置。介绍了测量装置的构成与测量原理,通过对被测齿廓采样数据的坐标转化,建立圆锥齿廓在平面坐标系中的数学模型,通过坐标法计算齿距和建立模拟球心,得到齿距偏差和齿圈径向跳动偏差。该方法能够有效简化锥齿轮的测量过程并提高测量效率与精度,该测量方法与过程也适用于其他圆柱齿轮的精密测量。In view of lacking precision measuring device for bevel gear and the cumbersome process of measuring process, a new integrated measuring device based on laser displacement sensor is developed. The composition and measurement principle of the measuring device are introduced, through the coordinate transformation of sampled data, the mathematical model of bevel gear tooth profile is obtained. The deviation between the actual tooth parameters and the theoretical value is calculated by the coordinate method, the pitch tolerance and the radial run - out of tooth ring are obtained. The measuring process can be simplified and the efficiency and precision can be improved by this method, the method can also be applied to the precision measurement of other cylindrical gear.
