徐慧媛教授运用五子衍宗丸加减治疗妇科病经验

摘　　要：肾藏精,主生殖。女子排卵、产生月经以及在胚胎形成之后,直至胎儿发育成熟,全赖女子胞中精血的养育,人类繁衍离不开"先天之精",先天之精贮藏于肾。故对于月经病、不孕不育诸证,徐慧媛教授认为多与肾虚精亏密切相关。五子衍宗丸具有补肾填精之功效,徐教授临床中善用五子衍宗丸加减治疗月经病、不孕不育等证,取得良好效果。Kidney is storing essence and governing reproduction. The ovulation, menstruation, pregnancy and fetal development and maturation need essence and blood nourishing. Human reproduction cannot be without congenital essence, Kidney is storing congenital essence. Professor Xu Huiyuan thought thatgynecological diseases, including menstrual diseases and infertility disease,are associated with the kidney essence deficiency. WuziYanzong pills in the treatment ofnourishing kidney and essence has significant effect. Professor Xu in the treatment of gynecological diseases with WuziYanzong pills obtained significantly curative effect .
