温胃散寒健脾方治疗十二指肠溃疡Hp阳性患者28例

摘　　要：目的观察温胃散寒健脾方治疗十二指肠溃疡Hp阳性患者的临床疗效观察。方法将56例门诊患者(Hp阳性)随机分为两组,抗Hp治疗后,对照组用泮托拉唑治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以温胃散寒健脾方治疗,治疗时间均为4周。结果临床观察治疗组28例,总有效率100%;对照组28例总有效率85.71%,经过两个样本比较的秩和检验,统计量Z=2.843,P<0.05,治疗组的有效率较对照组高。结论温胃散寒健脾方治疗十二指肠溃疡疗效好,复发率低。Objective To observe the clinical effect of warming stomach for dispelling cold and strengthening spleen prescription in the treatment of Hp positive patients with duodenal ulcer. Methods 56 outpatients （ Hp positive） were randomly divided into two groups. After treatment with anti-Hp, the control group was treated with pantoprazole, andthe treatment group was treated with warming stomach for dispelling cold and strengthening spleen prescription on the basis of the control group. The treatment continued 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group of 28 cases and the control group of 28 cases was 100.00% and 85.71% , respectively. After statistical comparison of the two samples, the statistic Z = 2. 843, P 〈 0.05, the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The warming stomach for dispelling cold and strengthening spleen prescription in the treatment of Hp positive patients with duodenal ulcer hasgood effect and low relapse rate.
