中医综合护理对颈椎病患者临床症状的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医综合护理对颈椎病患者临床症状的影响。方法选取2015年12月—2016年12月在大连市中医医院就诊的60例颈椎病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例采取普通护理,试验组30例在对照组的基础上采取中医护理。比较两组患者的VDS评分。结果试验组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颈椎病患者采用中医综合护理,可以明显改善患者的疼痛情况,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing on clinical symptoms in patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods 60 cases of cervical spondylosis patients from December 2015 to December 2016 in Dalian hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group of 30 cases received ordinary care. The treatment group of 30 cases received TCM comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group. The VDS score of two groups was compared. Results Each index of the experimental group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The TCM comprehensive nursing on clinical symptoms in patients with cervical spondylosis can obviously improve the patient＇s pain, and is worth promoting.
