甘草的临床运用浅析

摘　　要：目的甘草是中医中药中使用频率最高的中药,在方剂中应用极为广泛,也在西医药理中发挥重要作用,治疗多种疾病。研究主要探讨甘草的功用。方法总结甘草从古至今的运用及演变,从甘草在方剂中的运用,甘草的君臣佐使及用量考究,阐述甘草治疗中医病症的功效;从甘草在西医药理中的作用,讲述甘草在西医病症中的应用。结果甘草在中西医治疗疾病中均有疗效。结论甘草应用广泛,疗效显著。Objective Liquorice is most frequently used in Chinese herbal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, is widely applied in the formula, also plays an important role in the Western medicine pharmacology, and deals with various diseases. The function of liquorice was explored. Methods The application and evolution of liquorice from ancient times to the present was summarized. The effect of liquorice in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome was clarified from the application of liquorice in the prescription, sovereign-minister- assistant-envoy drug and dosage of workmanship. The application of liquorice in of Western medicine syndrome was described from Western medicine pharmacology. Result Liquorice had effect on treating disease with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Conclusion Liquorice has wide application, and the curative effect is remarkable.
