摘 要:分析冲突产生的原因并缓解冲突成为推动协同知识创新的关键。既有研究将冲突局限于合作伙伴间,以经济利益协调为出发点平衡冲突,忽略了创新主体自身心理冲突,且价格分配机制难以适用于知识创新过程。以心理学自我理论为基础,将创新主体自我意识划分为理想自我、自我形象以及真实自我3种类型,基于3种自我意识的不相符,指出协同知识创新冲突可划分为内源性冲突、外源性冲突和交叉冲突3类。围绕知识演化路径稳定性、知识共享扩散外倾性、知识创新开放性、知识创新关系协调性和知识创新行为规范性5维度,构建"5维协同知识创新冲突模型",建立相应的冲突解决措施;并以区域医疗协同平台建设项目为案例对模型和结论进行验证。It is important for cooperation knowledge innovation to learn about the reason of conflicts and to remove them. Existed theory pays much attention on conflicts among members while ignoring self-image difference. And e- conomic strategy is used in removing Self-image in cooperation knowledge conflicts while it could not be used in some condition without product price. innovation is divided into expecting self-image, experience self-image and real self-image on the basis of self-image theory in psychology. Conflicts in cooperation knowledge innovation include in' tra-conflict, intel-conflict and multi-conflict on foundation of self-image difference. Five-factor cooperation knowl- edge innovation conflict model is built up on foundation of knowledge path stability, knowledge sharing kindness, knowledge innovation open condition, knowledge innovation relationship and knowledge innovation regulation, some strategies for conflicts are put forward also. District medical cooperation platform is taken as a case for testing model and conclusion.
