摘 要:对充分润滑和贫油润滑状态下滑动轴承油膜分布规律进行理论分析,建立贫油润滑状态下油膜分布模型。通过Elrod算法,基于质量守恒边界条件,采用有限差分法求解模型,研究恒定负载下、不同供油流量对滑动轴承油膜分布和轴颈静平衡位置的影响,并在贫油润滑状态下,研究负载变化对滑动轴承油膜静特性的影响。结果表明:在贫油润滑状态下,随着供油流量的减小,轴颈偏心率增加,油膜起始角度增加,油膜终止角度减小,完整油膜覆盖区域缩小,油膜厚度变薄;当供油流量不变时,增加负载会加剧贫油润滑现象。A theoretical investigation was carried out for the oil film distribution of journal bearing under the condition of sufficient lubrication and starved lubrication, and the distribution model of oil film under starved lubrication was estab- lished.According to Elrod algorithm,the finite difference method was adopted to solve the model based on the JFO bounda- ry condition.The effect of different supply flow rate on the oil film distribution and the static equilibrium position of journal bearing under constant load was studied, and the effect of load change on the static characteristics of the oil film of journal bearing under starved lubrication was studied. The results show that under starved lubrication, with the decreasing of the supply flow rate ,the eccentricity ratio of journal is increased, the start angle of the oil film is increased and the end angle is decreased, the full oil film coverage area is reduced, and the oil film thickness becomes thin.When the supply flow rate is constant,the phenomenon of starved lubrication will aggravate when increasing the load.
