摘　　要：针对目前大型应急通信指挥车普遍无宿营条件,无法保障人员后勤生活的现状,提出了基于半挂车底盘的大型宿营保障车的技术方案。介绍了该车的总体布置设计、底盘设计、半挂厢体设计、水路系统设计和电源照明及保障设计等综合集成设计。实际使用表明,该车能有效保障移动应急指挥系统长时间、远距离的野外作业,具有良好的应用前景。A new large camping support vehicle is introduced to meet the command of logistical support for the large ECCV （emergency communication command vehicle）. This new camping support vehicle is designed based on Semi-trailer chassis.. The integrated design such as layout,integral design, semi-trailer box van design, waterway system design, power supply, lighting and protection design were introduced. Practical use indicates that this camping support vehicle can remarkably lengthen the working time for the whole mobile emergency communication command system in the field.
