深化务实合作 继续推进共同体建设--东盟2016年发展分析

摘　　要：2016年是东盟共同体宣布建成之后的元年,东盟围绕"将愿景变为现实,迈向充满活力的东盟共同体"的主题,全面、有效落实《东盟共同体愿景2025》相关文件。在对外关系方面,东盟继续坚持以东盟为中心,加强与对话伙伴之间的合作。但是,由于各成员国经济发展水平不一、贫富存在较大差距等原因,东盟一体化建设仍旧面临许多挑战。展望2017年,东盟将以成立50周年为契机,围绕确定的议题,进一步深化各领域务实合作,推动东盟共同体建设稳步前行。2016 is the first year after the establishment of ASEAN Community. ASEAN focus on the theme of ＂Turning Vision into Reality for a Dynamic ASEAN Community＂ to comprehensively and effectively implement the relevant documents of the ASEAN community vision 2025. In foreign relations, ASEAN continues to adhere to ASEAN as the center and strengthen cooperation with dialogue partners. However, due to the different levels of economic development of member countries and the existence of a large gap between rich and poor, ASEAN still faces many challenges in the integration of construction. Looking forward to 2017, ASEAN will take the 50th anniversary of its establishment as an opportunity to further deepen pragmatic cooperation around the established issues and promote the steady progress of the ASEAN Community.
