摘　　要：高校留级生是高校重要的组成部分,他们由于学习等原因而留级;留级后的歧视知觉、校园环境和社会支持对他们的发展有重要影响;高校创设良好的学习和生活氛围,加强各方面的建设积极支持留级生的成长,对维护高校的和谐发展非常必要。The detained student is an important part of the university, because of learning and other reasons ; repeat after discrimination, campus environment and social support has an important influence on their development; colleges and universities to create a good learning and living environment, strengthen the construction of all aspects of the active support of repeaters is very necessary for harmonious growth the maintenance of college development.
