摘　　要：辅导员谈心工作是高校开展大学生思想政治教育的重要手段,谈心工作关系到思想政治教育的实效性。心理咨询是高校开展大学生心理健康教育的有效途径,心理咨询中的方法和技巧对于谈心工作具有重要启示。本研究以心理咨询与辅导员谈心工作的关系为切入点,探讨如何将两者有机结合,充分发挥其交互作用,创新思想政治教育模式,促进大学生思想政治教育工作的有效开展。Based on the relationship between psychological consultation and counselors to work as the starting point, discusses how to combine the two, give full play to the interaction of the ideological and political education mode innovation, promoting the effective development of ideological and political education work.
