瑞芬太尼对无痛人工流产患者血流动力学及疼痛指标表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究与观察瑞芬太尼对无痛人工流产患者血流动力学及疼痛指标表达的影响情况。方法:选取2015年10月-2016年8月于笔者所在医院进行无痛人工流产的86例患者为研究对象,将86例患者根据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组的43例患者以丙泊酚进行麻醉,观察组的43例患者则在对照组的基础上加用瑞芬太尼。统计与比较两组患者围术期的血流动力学及疼痛相关指标。结果:术前两组患者的血流动力学及疼痛相关指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而术中及术后观察组的血流动力学及疼痛相关指标均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞芬太尼对无痛人工流产患者血流动力学及疼痛指标表达的影响较好,在无痛人工流产患者中的应用价值较高。Objective： To study and observe the influence situation of Remifentanil for the hemodynamics and expression of pain indexes of patients with painless artificial abortion.Method： From October 2015 to August 2016, 86 patients with painless artificial abortion in our hospital were selected as the study object, and 86 patients were divided into two groups by the method of random number table, 43 eases in the control group were treated with Propofol, 43 cases in the observation group were treated with Remifentani[ on the basic treatment of the control group.Then the hemodynamics and expression of pain related indexes of two groups during the perioperative period were analyzed and compared.Result： The hemodynamics and expression of pain indexes of two groups before the operation were compared, all had no significant differences（P〉0.05）, while the hemodynamics and expression of pain indexes of the observation group during the operation and after the operation were all better than those of the control group, the differences were all significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The influence of Remifentanil for the hemodynamies and expression of pain indexes of patients with painless artificial abortion is better, and its application value in the patients with painless artificial abortion is higher.
