益气养血润肠方治疗泻药性便秘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养血润肠方治疗泻药性便秘的疗效,为泻药性便秘的治疗提供新的思路。方法:将符合纳入标准的泻药性便秘患者60例随机分为两组,治疗组30例,予益气养血润肠方治疗,对照组30例,予聚乙二醇4000治疗,以粪便性状、排便频率、排便困难程度、排便时间为观察指标,进行统计分析,评价益气养血润肠方用于泻药性便秘患者的临床疗效。结果:在改善排便频率、排便困难程度、排便时间方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在改善排便性状方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气养血润肠方治疗泻药性便秘有明显疗效,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Yangxue Runchang Decoction on the treatment of constipation of laxative, and to provide new ideas for the treatment of laxative constipation.Method： 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=30） and the control group（n=30）.The control group was treated with poly（ethylene glycol）4000, the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Yangxue Runchang Decoction.Defecation performance, defecation frequency, defecation difficulty, defecation time were as the observation indexes, to evaluate curative effect of Yiqi Yangxue Runchang Decoction on the treatment of constipation of laxative.Result： There were significant differences between the two groups in improving the defecation frequency, defecation difficulty and defecation time（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the defecation performance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Yiqi Yangxue Runchang Decoction in the treatment of laxative constipation has obvious effect, is worthy of clinical promotion.
