摘　　要：本文基于我国医疗养老服务环境的现状,对医养理念下的无障碍环境进行概念的界定,提出医养结合为导向的无障碍环境设计的必要性,并从适应生理、心理感受和精神需求得出医养理念下的无障碍环境中空间、道路、绿化、小品和水景等细部构造的设计原则和方法。Based on the current situation of medical service environment in China, this paper defines the concept of barrier-free environment under the concept of medical care, and puts forward the necessity of the design of the barrier-free environment with the combination of health care and health. From the view of adapting physiological, psychological feelings and spirit The need to draw the concept of health care under the open space, roads, green, sketches and water features and other details of the design principles and methods.
