摘　　要：警察荣誉制度是国家和公安机关围绕人民警察荣誉的设置、实施、培育、管理和保障所制定的一系列政策、法令、章程的规范体系,是增强公安队伍凝聚力和战斗力的重要因素。当前,公安机关应与国家荣誉制度的出台与实施相协调,适应全面深化公安机关人民警察管理制度改革的需要,建立体现公安职业特点,增强人民警察职业荣誉感、自豪感的政策法治体系,以更好地凝聚警心、稳定队伍、鼓舞士气。Honor System for Police, playing an indispensable role in enhancing the cohesiveness and work capacity, refers to a collection of norms formulated by the country and public security sector to set up, implement, train, manage and guarantee the honor of police officers, which generally include policies, laws and regulations. Currently, it is imperative for public security agencies to formulate a policy-law system that can reflect characteristics of policing job and elevate the police officers＇ sense of honor and proud, coordinating with national awards system and catering to the needs to deepen the reform of officers＇ management mechanism, in expectation to cohere, stabilize and motivate police officers.
