摘　　要：基于我国国情,在国家和社会双本位犯罪预防模式实践中,不仅要重视国家与社会之间的合作,而且要强调国家力量之间的整合。我国已基本确立了以公、检、法、司合作为基础的社区矫正工作机制,但仍然存在司法行政机关法律地位不明,公、检、法、司的合作有待深化等问题。为此,需要加强社区矫正执行机关的建设,准确定位司法行政机关与公、检、法等机关的职责权限,探索社区矫正的协调机制。Considering the basic condition of China, it is imperative not only to focus on the cooperation between the nation and society, but also the integration of national powers in the nation- society double-standard crime prevention pattern. Despite the basic establishment of community correction mechanism based on the cooperation among public security agencies, the procuratorates and the courts, there still exist such problems such as obscure legal statuses of justice departments and administrative departments. And the cooperation among the three parties have great margin to be deepened. Therefore, it is necessary to perfect the construction of community correction executive agencies, precisely define the duties and there limitations of administrative departments and the above mentioned three agencies, and explore for a coordinative mechanism for community correction.
