摘　　要：目的了解地铁车辆运行噪音对地铁司机听力的影响,为地铁司机职业病防治提供依据。方法回顾性分析作者医院2013-02/2015-02月间受检的1034例地铁司机纯音听阈检测报告。结果 1034例受检者中听力下降者210例,发生率为20.31%。其中轻度听力下降者140例,中度听力下降者62例,重度听力下降者8例。结论地铁噪音可致司机听力下降,且工龄延长增加听力下降的发生率;定期纯音听阈检测,对于地铁司机听力损伤的防治,具有指导意义。Objective To analyze the influence of running noise in metros on metro drivers＂ hearing and provide the basis of occupational disease prevention. Methods Pure tone audiometry reports of 1034 metro drivers were retrospec- tively analyzed in physical examination center of Guangzhou general hospital from February 2013 to February 2015. Re- suits In all 1034 metro drivers, hearing loss of 210 were found （20. 31%）, mild in 140, moderate in 62, severe in 8. Con- clusion Noise of metro can cause hearing loss. With the increase of working years, incidence of hearing loss grows. The detection of pure tone audiometry has guiding significance in prevention and cure of metro drivers with hearing loss.
