摘　　要：为了使汽车排放得到有效控制，通过对检验中存在问题的分析，建立了一种技术监管信息化管理系统。该系统可提高检验的透明度，为汽车排气污染物检验的公开、公正、公平提供可靠的技术保证。In order to effectively control the vehicle exhaust emission, the information management system of technical supervision is established by analyzing existing problems in vehicle emission exhaust inspection. It can improve transparency of inspection and provide technical guarantee for publicity, equity and fairness of vehicle emission exhaust inspection.
