石墨冷凝器在某氟化物生产中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了某氟化物生产中使用的列管式低沸冷凝器的使用情况,故障率较高、检修频繁,分析了使用不锈钢、碳钢低沸冷凝器存在的腐蚀的问题,采用工艺性能指标优化的石墨改性聚丙烯圆块孔式石墨冷凝器替代原冷凝器的方案,实际使用近5 a,效果较好,未发生故障,寿命是原来的11倍,促进了系统的长周期安全稳定生产,且节约了安装的吊机、人工等费用,经济效益可观。The paper introduced the use condition of parallel piping low boiling condenser in a certain fluoride production,which had high failure rate and frequent maintenance,and then analyzed the corrosion problems when using stainless steel and carbon steel low boiling condenser.Adopted the graphite modified polypropylene round piece and hole type graphite condenser to replace the original condenser after optimizing the process performance index,after nearly five years practical use,had better effect and no failure,and life was eleven times of original,which promoted the system′s security and stability production for a long period of time,and cut down the cost of the installation of the crane,artificial,then economic benefit considerable.
