摘　　要：效能监察能够促进国有资产保值增值,能够加强权力监督。SL油田效能监察工作的经验:效能监察工作形成了分级立项、分级管理、分级实施、分级考评;效能监察实行规范化实施,专业化运作,科学化评审;效能监察工作形成了一套完整的工作体系,是综合性管理监督工作。加强国企效能监察工作的思路,一是加大宣传力度,提高思想认识;二是精准选题立项,盯住薄弱环节;三是完善工作体系,形成监察合力。Efficiency supervision will enhance the value of state-owned assets and strengthen the oversight of power. The experience of the efficiency supervision of the SL Oilfield is as follows： Efficiency supervision work is done in grading project, grading management, grading implementation and grading examination; efficiency supervision is carried out in a standardized way, specialized in operation and scientific review; efficiency supervision has developed a complete set of working system, which is comprehensive management supervision. So the first is to increase publicity and raise ideological awareness. The second is to choose the topic and focus on the weak. Lastly, we will improve the working system and form a synergy of supervision.
