摘　　要：随着公众参与反腐积极性的日益高涨,自媒体时代公众参与反腐揭露与监督的成效初显,具体表现为反腐渠道增多,反腐效率提高,反腐力量扩大。但是,自媒体时代公众反腐在心理层面上存在疑惑、畏难、怕打击报复、怕引火上身和漠然等多重心理问题。扫除公众反腐的心理障碍,应从加强公众参与反腐的制度设计、丰富公众参与反腐的形式、加大公众参与反腐的宣传、提升公众参与反腐的素质等方面完善公众参与反腐的具体策略与措施,更好地发挥好公众参与反腐的作用。With the public participation in the anti-corruption enthusiasm, the effectiveness of public participation in the reveal and supervision during the we-media era starts to show： the anti-corruption channels increase; anti-corruption be- comes more efficient; anti-corruption drive enlarges. However, in the media era, the public have still been puzzled by the psy- chological level, the fear of fighting retaliation, the fear of self-harm and the indifference of the multiple psychological prob- lems. To wipe out the public psychological barrier against corruption, we should strengthen the public participation in anti- corruption system design, enrich the forms of public participation, strengthen public participation, improve the quality of pub- lic participation and concrete strategies and measures, which can better play the role of the public participation in it.
