摘 要:采用电沉积法在铜电极上进行了Fe-Co-W磁性薄膜的制备,并研究了镀液中钨盐(Na2WO4·2H2O)含量对Fe-Co-W薄膜形貌、结构和磁性能的影响。镀液组分浓度为Fe SO4·7H2O 0.08 mol/L,Co SO4·7H2O 0.05 mol/L,Na2WO4·2H2O 0.01-0.015 mol/L,H3BO30.2 mol/L,Na3C6H5O7·2H2O 0.2mol/L。结果表明,Na2WO4·2H2O含量对薄膜的表面形貌影响较大。随着溶液中Na2WO4·2H2O含量的增加,薄膜中W含量增加,纳米晶晶粒尺寸减小,薄膜矫顽力减小,在Na2WO4·2H2O为19.8 wt.%时薄膜为非晶态,Co含量反常增加,导致矫顽力反常增加。在Na2WO4·2H2O含量为27.3 wt.%时,其薄膜矫顽力为2.74 Oe,软磁性能最佳。Fe-Co-W magnetic thin films were prepared on copper electrode by using electrodeposition method. The influence of solution contents (Na2WO4 · 2H2O)on the film morphology, structure and magnetic properties were investigated. The bath concentration is FeSO4 · 7H2O 0.08 mol/L, CoSO4 · 7H2O 0.05 mol/L, Na2WO4 · 2H2O 0.01-0. 015 mol/L, H3BO30. 2 mol/L, Na3C6H5O7 · 2H2O 0.2 mol/L. The results indicated that the content of Na2WO4 · 2H2O had great influence on the surface morphology of thin films. With the increasing Na2WO4 · 2H2O in the solution, the content of W in thin film increased,thus reducing the nanometer grain and decreasing the film coercivity. When the content of Na2WO4 · 2H2O was 19.8 wt. % ,the Co increased irregularly,thus leading to the coercivity increasing irregularly. When the content of Na2WO4 · 2H2O is 27.3 wt. % ,the coercivity of thin film is 2.74 Oe. Meantime, the soft magnetic property is the best.
