品管圈活动在临床胃肠减压引流管护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在临床胃肠减压引流管护理中的作用。方法成立品管圈,开展以"提高胃管有效引流率"为主题的活动,运用PDCA循环方法,对胃肠减压引流患者进行现状调查,目标设定,统计分析,制定实施对策,确认效果,形成标准化及检讨与改进。结果通过该项活动,使患者胃管有效引流率由改善前的84.67%提高到改善后的95.33%,并且形成了管道护理标准化交接流程。结论品管圈活动对提高临床管道有效引流率效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of the quality control circle on the clinical nursing care for gastrointestinal decompression and drainage tube. Methods Set up quality control circle, carry out activities on the theme of ＂Increase the effective rate of gastric tube drainage＂, apply PDCA circulation method, investigate the actuality of patients with gastrointestinal decompression and drainage tube, set goals, statistical analysis, formulate programmes, confirm the effect, standardize, review and improve it. Results Through the activity, the effective rate of gastric tube drainage were significantly increased from 84.67% to 95.33%. Meanwhile, we form a Standardized handover process of nursing staff. Conclusion Quality control circle significantly improves the effective drainage rate of clinical tubes.
