人文关怀护理模式对普外科手术术中清醒患者并发症发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理模式对普外科手术术中清醒患者并发症发生率的影响。方法选取2015年10月至2016年10月在大连大学附属新华医院手术室手术的50例患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采取普通护理模式,试验组在对照组的基础上使用人文关怀护理模式,比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果试验组术后并发症发生情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对普外科手术术中清醒患者采取人文关怀护理模式,可以有效的降低患者术后并发症的发生率,值得在临床推广。Objective To study the humanistic care nursing mode of complications in patients with general surgery operation in sober. Methods Select from October 2015 to October 2015 in Affiliated Xinhua Hospital of Dalian University operating room operation of 50 patients, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, control group take ordinary nursing mode, patients in the control group using humanistic care, nursing mode on the basis of comparison of two groups of patients with postoperative complications. Results The patients of postoperative complications is lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The intraoperative awake to general surgery patients to humanistic care, nursing mode can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with is worth popularizing in clinical.
