综合护理干预对扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者疗效影响的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者行综合护理干预后的疗效影响。方法选取2013年5月至2015年5月在我院心内科收治的77例扩张型心力衰竭患者作为研究对象。将77例患者随机分为观察组26例和干预组51例。观察组行扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上对实施综合护理干预。然后对6 min步行试验、明尼芬达心力衰竭生活质量调查问卷评分、BNP监测、超声心动图检查结果进行比较。结果干预组疗效优于观察组,有统计学意义。结论扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者行综合护理干预能提高患者生活质量,促进心功能康复,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure. Methods 77 cases of patients with dilated heart failure patients were Selected, who were hospitalized in Chongqing Three Gorges Hospital in May 2013 to May 2015.77 cases were randomly divided into observation group （26 cases） and intervention group（ 51 cases）. General nursing to observation group and comprehensive nursing intervention to intervention group. Comparing the 6 minute walk test, Fanta Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of life questionnaire score, BNP monitoring, results of echocardiography. Results The intervention group curative effect is better than the observationgroup, with statistical significance, conclusion Patients with dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure patients with comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients, also can promote the rehabilitation of cardiac function. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
