摘  要:随着旅游活动的日益普及,旅游餐饮的重要性日渐凸显,旅游团餐作为旅游餐饮中必不可少的组成部分,对旅游目的地的发展具有重要意义。基于分析黑龙江省旅游团餐经营中存在的问题及原因,提出提升黑龙江省旅游团餐服务品质的策略,包括转变团餐销售方式、提高团餐创新水平、突出团餐地方特色、加强服务细节管理、深度挖掘餐饮文化、扩大团餐市场规模、加大监管处罚力度。With the increasing popularity of tourism activities, the importance of tourism catering is becoming increasingly prom- inent, at the same time, the tourist group meals is an essential part of the tourism catering, which has great significance to the development of tourist destination. Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons of Heilongjiang Province tourist group meals management, it puts forwards the strategy of improving the service quality of Heilongjiang Province tourist group meal, including change in sales methods, improve the level of innovation, highlight the local characteristics, strengthen service details management, depth tap catering culture, expand the size of the tourist group meals market, and increase regulatory penalties.
