摘 要:目的探讨重度窒息新生儿胃肠功能障碍与多器官功能损害的相关性。方法收集120例重度窒息新生儿临床资料,分析其胃肠功能障碍与多器官功能损害发生情况。结果 116例患儿发生器官功能损害,发生率为96.67%;患儿各器官损害发生情况分别为:脑损害、心损害、肺损害、肝损害、肾损害、胃肠损害发生率分别为70.00%、47.50%、43.33%、33.33%、32.50%、26.67%,其中多器官与单器官功能损害发生率分别为80.17%、19.83%;胃肠损害患儿轻中度、重度功能障碍发生率分别为17.50%、9.17%;pearson相关分析显示:胃肠功能障碍与多器官功能障碍发生率间呈正相关(P<0.05);多器官功能损害患儿病死率高于单器官功能损害患儿(P<0.05)。结论重度窒息新生儿胃肠功能障碍发生时多器官功能损害发生率明显增高,死亡率高,应尽早识别胃肠功能障碍并进行干预以降低多器官功能损害的发生率。Objective To investigate the relationship between gastrointestinal dysfunction and multiple organ dysfunction in neonates with severe asphyxia. Methods One hundred and twenty neonates with severe asphyxia were selected to analyze gastrointestinal dysfunction and multiple organ dysfunction. Results 116 neonates (96.67%) suffered organ dysfunction. The incidences of organ damage in children were : brain damage, heart damage, lung damage, liver damage, kidney damage, gastrointestinal damage rates were 70. 00% ,47.50% ,43.33% ,33. 33% ,32. 50% ,26. 67% ;gastrointestinal damage in children with mild to moderate and severe dysfunction rates were 17.50% ,9, 17% ;the multiple organ and single organ of function damage rate were 80. 17% and 19. 83% ;Pearson correlation analysis showed that gastrointestinal dysfunction and multiple organ dysfunction rate was positively correlated ( P 〈 0. 05 ), severe gastrointestinal dysfunction in children with multiple organ dysfunction incidence was higher than that of mild to moderate gastrointestinal dysfunction in children with multiple organ function damage rate( P 〈0.05 ) ;children with multiple organ dysfunction had a higher mortality rate than children with single organ dysfunction in children( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Multiple organ dysfunction in se- vere asphyxia neonatal gastrointestinal dysfunction may increase the rates of incidence and mortality. Early recognition of gastrointestinal dysfunction and intervention can reduce the incidence rate of multiple organ dysfunction.
