层流病床在预防低增生性白血病化疗期感染的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨观察层流病床对低增生白血病化疗期间患者并发感染的影响。方法选择该院2014年1月—2016年12月收治的低增生白血病患者78例,根据患者知情同意的原则,分为干预组与对照组,均于化疗开始分别给予常规护理,干预组加以层流病床保护性隔离;观察比较化疗期间感染患者的发生情况。对二组骨髓抑制期持续时间及感染发生情况,进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比,干预组感染发生率明显降低,骨髓抑制期持续时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低增生白血病患者化疗期间实施层流病床保护性隔离措施,能够明显降低感染发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of laminar bed on patients with low proliferative leukemia during chemotherapy. Methods An investigation of the states about 78 subjects was performed during Jan. 2014 and Dee. 2016 in authors hospital. According to the principle of informed consent, all subjects were divided into intervention group and control group, all at the beginning of chemotherapy, were given routine care. The intervention group was protected by laminar flow bed isolation, and then observed and compared the incidence of infection during chemotherapy. The duration and incidence of bone marrow suppression in two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of infection in the intervention group was sig- nificantly reduced, bone marrow suppression period was significantly shorter, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The protective measures of laminar flow bed in patients with low proliferative leukemia during chemotherapy can significantly reduce the incidence of infection, worthy of clinical promotion.
