“筋骨调衡”手法治疗寰枢关节错位源性椎动脉型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察"筋骨调衡"手法治疗寰枢关节错位源性椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将72例寰枢关节错位源性椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。治疗组采用松筋、整骨推拿治疗,对照组采用传统推拿为主治疗,两组治疗前后均用量表和颈椎X线张口位片检测,治疗10次后统计结果并分析疗效。结果:治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后眩晕症状和功能评分均增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后比较,治疗组眩晕症状和功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后齿突寰椎轴线差值及齿突侧块间距差值均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,治疗组齿突寰椎轴线差值及齿突侧块间距差值均低与对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"筋骨调衡"手法治疗寰枢关节错位源性椎动脉型颈椎病有较好临床疗效,可调整寰枢关节对称性,缓解患者症状。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Jingjin and bone balance-regulating＂ manipulation in treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods： Treatment group （n=36） were treated by Jingjin re- laxation and chiropractic therapy and control group were treated with traditional tuina therapy （n=36）. The clinical efficacy score of symptoms and functional rating scale of CSA and the mouth-open projection were observed and compared between two groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than con- trol group（P〈0.05）;The scores of vertigo symptoms and function all increased after treatment in both groups （P〈0.01）; And the scores of vertigo symptoms and function in treatment group were higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the difference of the axis of the odontoid process, the axis of atlas and the gap of the lateral mass of the odontoid proceas were decreased （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was lower than the other one （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ＂Jingjin and bone balance-regulating＂ manipulation is effective to atlanto-axial joint subluxation of CSA.
