滋肾育胎丸对肾虚-薄型大鼠内膜容受性因子整合素β3及EMX_2表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋肾育胎丸对薄型大鼠胚胎着床期子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法:将42只雌性SD大鼠随机分为6组,分别为大鼠空白组,肾虚-薄型子宫内膜大鼠空白组,肾虚-薄型子宫内膜大鼠阿斯匹林组,肾虚-薄型子宫内膜大鼠雌激素组,肾虚-薄型子宫内膜大鼠滋肾育胎丸低、高剂量组。药物干预后,利用qRT-PCR法检测小鼠子宫内膜中整合素β3及EMX_2表达的表达。结果:造模组的ITGβ3基因的相对表达量较对照组、阿司匹林组、雌激素组、滋肾育胎丸高剂量组、低剂量组低(P<0.05);滋肾育胎丸高剂量组的ITGβ3基因的相对表达量较其余各组高(P<0.05),具有统计学差异。造模组的EMX_2基因相对表达量较其余各组明显增高,P<0.05,具有统计学差异;滋肾育胎丸高剂量组的EMX_2基因相对表达量比其余各组的表达低,P<0.05,具有统计学差异。结论:滋肾育胎丸可能通过上调整合素β3及下调EMX_2的表达,改善子宫内膜的容受性。Objective ： To explore the influence of Zishen Yutai Pill on endometrial receptivity in mice with thin endometri- urn. Methods： Forty-two female mice were randomized into 6 groups according to the different treatment： controlled group, Shenxu-thin endometrium model group, estrogen group, Aspirin group, Zishen Yutai Pill high dose and low dose group. The ex- pressions of EMX2 and integrinβ3 mRNA in endometrial were detected by qRT-PC after treatment. Results： The expressions of integrinβ3 in Shenxu-thin endometrium model group were significantly decreased compared with the controlled group, estrogen group, Aspirin group, estrogen group, Aspirin group, Zishen Yutai Pill high dose and low dose group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The expres- sion of integrin133 in Zishen Yutai Pill high dose group was significantly increased compared with the other groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The expressions of EMX2 in Shenxu-thin endometrium model group were significantly increased compared with the other groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The expressions of EMX2 in Zishen Yutai Pill high dose group were significantly decreased compared with other groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Zishen Yutai Pill can improve endometrial receptivity by up-regulating the mRNA expressions of integrinβ3 and cut down the mRNA expressions of EMX2.
