红景天苷对实验性急性心肌梗死大鼠心脏的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:评价红景天苷对实验性急性心梗大鼠心脏的疗效。方法:将大鼠随机分为单纯造模组、红景天苷低剂量组(50mg/kg)、红景天苷中剂量组(100mg/kg)及红景天苷高剂量组(200mg/kg),复方丹参滴丸组(70mg/kg),另选取10只健康大鼠为假手术组。造模前按不同剂量药物给予大鼠灌胃2周,采取结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支,造成大鼠急性心肌梗死模型,分别于造模前、造模后6小时及1周后观察肌钙蛋白T(c Tn-T),继续药物灌胃2周后处死大鼠,观察心肌梗死面积及心肌细胞。结果:(1)红景天苷治疗组大鼠各阶段c Tn-T水平显降低,红景天苷高剂量组下降最明显(P<0.05)。(2)红景天苷治疗组的心肌梗死面积减少及心肌纤维排列改善。结论:红景天苷可保护急性心梗的大鼠的心脏损伤。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Salidroside on experimental acute myocardial infarction in rats. Methods： The rats were randomly divided into blank controlled group, Salidroside low dose group （50mg/kg）, middle dose group （100mg/ kg） and high dose group （200mg/kg）, Compound Danshen Dripping Pill group （70mg/kg）, another 10 healthy rats as sham op- eration group. Rats were given different doses of drugs before the model for 2 weeks. The rat model of acute myocardial infarction was induced by ligation of the left anterior descending corona, observing the effect of cardiac troponin T. Rats were killed 2 weeks later, observation of.myocardial infarction and myocardial cell. Results： Salidroside treatment significantly reduced the level of each stage of cTn-T rats （P 〈 0. 05）, Salidroside in high dose group decreased most obviously （ P 〈 0. 05）. The re- duction of myocardial infarction area and the improvement of myocardial fiber arrangement in salidroside treatment. Conclusion： Salidroside can protect myocardial injury in rats with acute myocardial infarction.
