摘 要:在异丙醇为溶剂的条件下,合成了一种聚醚/UV/烷氧基共改性苯基硅油(VPE-BUVSi)。将VPE-BUVSi乳液与氨基硅乳液AS-1进行复配得到了复合乳液UVAS。用纳米硅溶胶SW-30和UVAS依次对棉织物进行处理,制备了一种纳米复合抗紫外有机硅整理剂。利用红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)、扫描电镜(SEM)和纳米粒度仪等对中间体及有关产物进行研究。结果表明,当VPE-BUVSi乳液与AS-1按质量比6∶4复配时,整理棉织物的抗紫外性能、抗老化性能、柔软度、白度、弹性等应用效果达到最佳。与空白棉织物相比,整理棉织物的紫外光线透过率明显低于未整理的空白布样;弯曲刚度由1 068 mN减小到961 mN;折皱回复角由144.14°增加到210.33°;而白度未受影响。整理织物的抗紫外性能具有良好的耐洗性。该纳米复合抗紫外有机硅整理剂能够在保持织物柔软手感的前提下,赋予织物一定抗紫外和抗皱等优异性能。A novel polyether/UV/alkoxy co-modified phenyl silicone oil (VPE-BUVSi) was synthesized in the solvent of isopropanol. The compound emulsion UVAS was prepared by VPE-BUVSi emulsion and ASO emulsion (AS-l). The cotton fabric was treated by nano-silica sol SW-30 and UVAS in turn to obtain a na- no-composite anti-UV silicone finishing agent. The intermediates and related products were studied by infrared spectrum (IR), ultraviolet spectrum (UV), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and nano particle size instrument. The results showed that when the mass ratio of VPE-BUVSi emulsion and AS-1 were 6:4, the effect of anti-UV capability, anti-aging properties, softness, whiteness and elasticity were the best. Compared with the blank fabric, UV transmittance of treated fabric was significantly decreased. Bending rigidity of treated fabric decreased from 1 068 mN to 961 mN. Wrinkle recovery angle increased from 144.14° to 210.33°. Whiteness were unaffected. The treated fabric had good anti-UV properties. The nano-composite anti-UV silicone finishing agent could give the fabric a certain anti-UV and anti-wrinkle performance under the premise of keeping the fabric soft feel.
