摘 要:磁防垢技术已广泛应用于工农业领域,在这些领域中取得了显著的经济效益,但是由于其理论研究滞后于应用研究,尚没有一致的理论能对其防垢机理作出解释,影响了该技术的应用和发展。因此,为了全面地研究磁防垢技术,首先综述了磁处理水阻垢性能的研究现状,从磁处理水系理化性质的变化出发,介绍了前人对其变化原因两种截然相反的观点,即磁处理是否促进了水分子结构的改变,并分析了观点出现分歧的原因;然后叙述了磁处理对晶体微观结构、晶型组成的影响以及影响磁处理防垢效果的因素;最后展望了磁处理水防垢技术今后的研究方向。The technology of magnetic anti-scaling has been applied into industry and agriculture,which has brought obvious economic benefit in these areas. However,because the theory study falls behind the applied study, there is still not a consistent theory that can explain the scale prevention mechanism. It has affected the application and development of this technology. Therefore, in order to study the magnetic anti-scaling mechanism, firstly the research status of the anti-scaling property of the magnetized water were reviewed. Based on the variation of the physicochemical property of the magnetized water, the previous two diametrically opposed views to explain the changing reasons were discussed, which were whether the magnetic treatment can promote the change of the molecular structure of water. And the reasons for the divergence of the views were also analyzed. And then,the effect of magnetic treatment on the microstrueture and composition structure of the crystal as well as the factors affecting the magnetic anti scaling effect were described. At last,the future development trend of the magnetic anti-scaling technology was also proposed.
