摘 要:本文设计了一种受温度及电源电压影响较小的RC振荡器。运用低压差稳压器、数字修调、电流基准电路,经过电阻电容充放电,使得输出频率精度受工艺漂移、温度波动、电源电压变化影响较小。电路设计工艺为上海先进半导体公司(ASMC)的0.35μm CMOS。仿真工作条件为:温度范围-40~75摄氏度,电源电压3~5V,在3个工艺角下仿真。仿真结果表明,在相同的工作条件下,频率稳定性得到了显著的提高,电源电压的工作范围得到了提升。An RC oscillator, which has little influence on temperature and power supply voltage, is designed. Use low dropout voltage regulator, digital trimming and current reference circuit, based on charge and discharge of resistance and capacitance, the accuracy of the output frequency has little influence on process drift, temperature fluctuations or the supply voltage change. The circuit design process is ASMC 0.35 μm CMOS. The condition of simulation is: tem- perature range from -40 to 75 degrees Celsius, supply voltage from 3 to 5V, simulation in the three process angle. The simulation result shows that the frequency stability is improved significantly and the operating range of the power sup- ply voltage is improved under the same operating conditions.
