摘  要:作为发射机末端重要的部件之一,射频功率放大器消耗了发射机大部分功率。特别是在高通信速率,高峰均比WCDMA信号的情况下,为满足一定信号的质量,功率放大器通常工作在功率回退区域,其效率更低,消耗的功率更多。因此,提高功率放大器的效率,不仅有利于提高整机的效率,降低功耗,而且保护环境,实现可持续的发展。本文介绍了利用R&S公司的双通道SMW200A高端矢量信号源直接产生WCDMA信号,测试逆F类Doherty功率放大器的性能。As one of the important components at the end of the transmitter, the RF power amplifier consumes most of the power of the transmitter. In particular, in the case of high communication rates and a higher peak to average power ratio ( PAPR ) of WCDMA signal, the power amplifier typically operates in the power back-off area to meet the qual- ity of a certain signal, which is less efficient and consumes more power. Therefore, to improve the efficiency of power amplifier, not only help improve the efficiency of the machine, reduce power consumption, but also to protect the envi- ronment and achieve sustainable development. This paper describes the use of R & S's dual-channel SMW200A high-end vector signal source which can directly generate WCDMA signal to test the performance of inverse class-F Doherty power amplifier.
