摘  要:电网发展指数是观察、预测、分析电网发展趋势,分析电网与经济社会发展关联性,辅助电网企业经营、投资等活动决策的重要依据。结合电网企业实际特点,建立了一种适用于不同地区、不同等级电网的发展指数编制方法。该方法基于Pearson相关系数筛选构建了三维、三层测算指标体系,基于折线无量纲化方式对各指标进行标准化处理,基于综合集成赋权法确定各指标权重,基于线性加权建立综合测算模型。以中部某省级电网为例的时间序列分析结果及不同地区省级电网空间序列分析结果验证了该方法的有效性与可行性。Power grid development index is the most important benchmark to observe and forecast its growing trend, to analyze the rel- ativity between the power grid and social economy, to help making operation and investment decisions for the electric power company leaders. Based on the practical properties of electric power company, a new method which is suitable for all different regions and differ- ent voltage levels is proposed. This method establishes a three dimensional examination index system based on Pearson correlation coef- ficient, and processes the standardization of the index based on the dimensionless segment. Additionally, this method assigned the weight for each index by using the integrated weighting method, and built an integrated examination model by using the linear weighted method. The results of practical example showing the time series and spatial sequences verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method in a province located at the central part of China.
