摘 要:推移活塞脉管制冷机是在脉管热端新增一个推移活塞作为调相机构,同时可以回收脉管内气体的膨胀功。通过实验方法,分析了定制冷量下,推移活塞脉管制冷机工作在中温区时,压缩机运行频率对冷头温度、相对卡诺效率等性能参数的影响,以及电机的性能特性。结果表明,在充气压力1.92MPa,运行频率54Hz,输入功224.5W,制冷量25.0W时,冷头温度在137.3K,制冷机的相对卡诺效率达到12.7%。A displacer is added to the pulse tube refrigerator, which is used as a phase shifter to adjust the phase angle difference between the pressure wave and the mass flow rate at the cold end of the regenerator and recover the expansion work from the hot end of the pulse tube. Several performance parameters were analyzed by experiments when the pulse tube refrigerator worked in medium temperature, including the cold head temperature, relative Carnot efficiency and the performance of motor. The relative Carnot efficiency of the refrigerator reached 12.7% with the charge pressure of 1.92MPa, the input power of 224. 5W, the cooling power of 25.0W, refrigeration temperature of 137.3K, and the working frequency of 54Hz.
