摘　　要：子宫动静脉瘘(uterine arteriovenous fistula,UAVF)可引起致命性阴道或腹腔内出血,临床少见,诊断手段多样,其中血管造影检查是诊断的金标准。治疗方案尚无明确指南,临床可依据患者的年龄、症状、生育要求及病变的血流动力学制定治疗方案。Uterine arteriovenoos fistula （UAVF） is a rare condition, however it can cause life-threatening vaginal bleeding or acute intra-abdominal hemorrhage. Many diagnosis methods may be used, among which angiography is the gold standard of diagnosis. There is no clear treatment guideline so far. Treatments can be made according to patient＇s age, symptoms, hearing requirement and pathological changes of hemodynamic parameters.
