摘  要:以武功山山地草甸为研究对象,分析不同群落(飘拂草、苔草、原生芒草、修复芒草)和不同土层深度(0~20cm和20~40 cm)碳氮分布规律及其耦合关系,结果表明:(1)武功山不同群落间有机碳、氮素随着发生层的下降而降低,同一物种上下层间整体呈显著性差异;同一土层不同物种间整体差异不显著。(2)不同物种间土壤有机碳和全氮、碱解氮间呈极显著正相关关系,R2均大于0.85,拟合程度较好。本研究揭示了土壤碳氮分布格局及其耦合关系,为估算整个武功山山地草甸碳氮循环和生态系统的植被修复提供基础数据和理论支持。Wugong mountain meadow as the research object,analyze different communities(Fimbristylis dichotoma,Carex chinensis and Miscanthus spp.) and soil depth distribution of carbon and nitrogen(0~20 cm and 20~40 cm)and the coupling relationship. The results show that:(1)Organic carbon and nitrogen decreases as the layer down,the same species shows significant difference between the upper and lower layers; the same layer no significant difference between the same species.(2)Between different species of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen,alkali nitrogen,has significant positive correlation relations,and R^2 were greater than 0.85,the degree of fitting is good. This study reveals the distribution patterns of soil carbon and nitrogen and its coupling relationship,to estimate the Wugong mountain meadow vegetation restoration of carbon and nitrogen cycle and ecosystem,providing basic data and theoretical support.
