摘　　要：研究环保型浸胶液(EPD)的应用性能。结果表明:EPD浸胶的聚酯、锦纶66和芳纶帘线具有良好的粘合性能及粘合表面,浸胶聚酯帘线的动态粘合性能达到常规D417+RFL浸胶聚酯帘线水平;与D417+RFL浸胶聚酯帘线相比,EPD浸胶聚酯帘线动态疲劳强力保持率和热老化粘合力保持率增大;EPD具有良好的稳定性。The application performance of environmental protection dipping compound （EPD） was investigated.The results showed that the EPD dipped polyester, nylon66 and aramid cords possessed good adhesive property and adhesive surface, and the dynamic adhesive property of EPD dipped polyester cord achieved the level of conventional D417 ＋ RFL dipped polyester cord. Compared with D417 ＋ RFL dipped polyester cords, EPD dipped polyester cord had higher dynamic fatigue strength retention and thermal aging adhesive force retention, and the stability of EPD was good.
