局部麻醉行腰椎间孔镜术的手术配合

摘　　要：目的探讨局麻下侧后方经皮腰椎间孔镜术的手术配合。方法回顾分析120例经皮腰椎间孔镜术的术前准备，体位安置，术中配合。结果120例患者均顺利完成，平均手术时间（76．3±17．5）min，平均出血（12．5±4.3）ml，无并发症。结论良好的术前准备，合理的体位安置，熟练的手术配合及相关护理是手术顺利完成的重要保障。Objective To evaluate the operation cooperation of Transforaminal Endoscopic Spine System treatment under local anesthesia. Methods The preoperative preparation, body position placement and intraoperative cooperation of 120 cases underwent Transforaminal Endoscopic Spine System treatment were retrospectively summarized. Results 120 patients were successfully operated, and the average operation time was （ 76.3 ± 17.5 ） min, the average bleeding was （ 12.5 ± 4.3 ） ml, no complications occurred. Conclusions Good preoperative preparation, proper body position placement, skilled operation cooperation and related nursing care are the important guarantee for the successful operation.
