摘　　要：聚醚醚酮作为一种高性能热塑性树脂,在实际使用过程中,树脂中的残余溶剂对材料的使用性能有严重影响,聚醚醚酮树脂残余溶剂含量越大,越限制其应用范围,影响聚醚醚酮树脂溶剂含量的因素有:颗粒的粒径、浸取时间、浸取温度、浸取液料比、浸取次数。Polyetheretherketone（PEEK）is a kind of high performance thermoplastic resin. In practical application, the residual solvent of the material has serious impacts on the performance. The application range is restricted by the content of residual solvent. The influencing factors of solvent content in purification process include partiele size of the resin, leaching time and temperature, liquid-solid ratio and leaching times.
