摘 要:以往由于各种类型的管道抢修卡具无引流泄压装置,密封结构不完善,因此管道抢修卡具仅适用于低压小口径管道的泄漏抢修。随着西气东输一线、二线管道工程的建设和投入运行,亟需开发一种适用于高压大口径油气管道泄漏的快速抢修卡具。在简要介绍抢修卡具整体结构、快速引流装置、密封结构设计的基础上,论述管道抢修卡具壳体厚度计算、优化设计及卡具螺栓的选择计算,最后介绍了抢修卡具的安装等内容。测试结果表明,所研制的抢修卡具能够满足准1 016 mm管道在10 MPa介质压力下发生泄漏的快速抢修要求。Usually, various clamps are only suitable for leakage emergency repair of low pressure and small diameter pipelines due to lack of drainage and pressure relief devices and imperfect sealing structure. Along with the construction and operation of the First and Second West to East Gas Pipelines, it is necessary to develop a kind of clamp for leakage emergency repair of high pressure and large diameter pipelines. This paper introduces the designs of the integral structure, fast speed drainage device and sealing structure of the newly developed clamp, discusses the shell thickness calculation and optimization design of the clamp as well as bolt selection calculation, then describes how to install the clamp. The detection results show that the clamp meets the fast emergency repair requirement for Ф1 016 mm pipeline with pressure of 10 MPa.
