摘  要:就在房地产开发商为了房地产市场作别"黄金时代",过渡到"白银时代"而感到落寞与不甘时,房地产市场的竞争也许已经悄然换了一条赛道,链家等房产中介正在取代地产开发商成为中国地产存量房时代的主角。2016年,中国二手房交易额约6.5万亿元,占住房交易总额的比例达到41%,比5年前提高了20个百分点。北京、上海、深圳的二手房交易额占比分别高达74%、72%、63%。南京、厦门、福州等热点二线城市的二手房交易额也均超过了新房。Lianjia, one of China's largest real estate brokerage firms, experiences ups and downs in 2017. Although its founder Zuo Hui keeps a low-key figure in public, Lianjia has developed as a 'real estate empire' covering all kinds of services such as home sales, secondhand housing transactions, home improvement, leasing and financial business. What makes Lianjia highly proud is its largest housing resources database in the industry. However since Beijing's municipal government introduced its latest round of regulatory curbs in a bid to rein in skyrocketing property prices, Lianjia has shuttered 87 of its offices by May 9.
