历史经典型特色小镇的产业联动发展之路——以西湖区龙坞茶镇为例

摘　　要：特色小镇是浙江经济发展的新探索,着力发展七大新兴产业,兼顾历史经典产业。历史经典产业作为传统型产业,具有不同其他七大产业的产业特征,因此如何使其适应特色小镇建设要求、适应经济改革需求是该文重点。茶产业作为龙坞镇的历史经典产业,应以特色小镇建设为契机,进行产业升级、转型。通过发展"茶+"产业,以一产带动二、三产业,并反向促进一产全面发展,实现产业联动,从而带动区域经济整体发展。以产业联动为导向的特色小镇有机更新实践,也将产业规划落到实处,成为产业发展的物质载体。Characteristic. town is an exploration in economic development in Zhejiang Province. It is the carrier of industrial development, focusing on developing seven emerging industries and taking into account historical classic industry. Different from the emerging industries, histonical classic industry is a traditional industry, with a long history and profound cultural background. While it is difficult to adapt to the development of rnodern economic, a long history gives its unique humanity meaning, hr this paper, we select the characterisuc town with historical classic industry as the object of study, through industrial upgrading and transformation, we discuss how secondary and tertiary industries to promote primary industry and further comprehensively develop primary industry in turn, so as to achieve industrial linkage, to promote regional economic. and meet the development needs of characteristic town.
